Nobody at FSA is in it for the money — there isn't any. Every season runs on parents, neighbours and alumni who put their hand up. Pick the role that fits your life; we'll handle the training.

Become a Youth MentorThe coaching promise
Every team needs a coach, and most of ours started exactly where you are — a parent on the sideline wondering if they could help. The answer is yes.
Every FSA coach is screened, supported and certified through the club. We cover the training, pair new coaches with experienced ones, and licensed technical staff back up everything at the competitive level.
