Use of the Site
The Fundy Soccer Association (“FSA”) website is provided for informational purposes related to our soccer programs, registration, field status, and community news. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation.
Registration
Player registration is processed by our third-party portal (PowerUp Sports) under their own terms. FSA is responsible for accepting completed registrations and forming teams. Payment, refund, and withdrawal policies for registration are published in our seasonal registration documents and the portal.
Code of Conduct
All players, parents, coaches, and volunteers are expected to follow the FSA Code of Conduct and the standards set by Soccer New Brunswick and Canada Soccer. Violations may result in suspension or removal from the program.
Intellectual Property
The FSA logo, name, and marketing assets are the property of Fundy Soccer Association. Sponsor logos and content remain the property of their respective owners.

This site links to third-party services (registration portal, sponsor sites, Soccer New Brunswick, social media). FSA is not responsible for the content or policies of those external sites.
Limitation of Liability
