Board of Directors · Volunteer Governance
Run by neighbours.
FSA is a non-profit governed by a volunteer board of parents, coaches and community members. They meet monthly to steer programming, pathways, fields and finances — then head back to the sideline like everyone else.
Governance
How the club is run.
Monthly meetings
Programming, player pathways, field maintenance and finances — reviewed every month, all season long, by people whose own kids play here.
Non-profit by design
No owners, no shareholders. Every registration dollar goes back into fields, coaching, equipment and keeping the game affordable.
Governed in the open
A public constitution, published policies and codes of conduct hold the board to the same standard it asks of players and parents.
Directors at Large
Community volunteers overseeing key portfolios and grassroots development.
Pull up a chair.
The board recruits community members with all kinds of skills — finance, communications, logistics, fundraising. If you care about kids and sport, you qualify.
